1. The plaintiff's assertion

A. Claim for the cost of the unpaid river repair works in the C District 1) The river repair works in the C District (hereinafter “C District Corporation”)

2) On December 22, 2005, the order issued by the Busan Regional Land Management Office for the construction cost of KRW 26,615,00,000, the Defendant awarded the contract amount of KRW 27,205 through November 20, 208, and the first to fourth construction was directly executed from December 27, 2005 to November 20, 208. The fifth to seventh construction from December 31, 2008 to January 18, 2012, the Plaintiff’s construction work was conducted in the form of subcontracting, and the Plaintiff’s construction work was conducted in the form of subcontracting, and the amount equivalent to 15% of the construction cost was to be paid to the Defendant as KRW 364,740,00,00, KRW 6140, KRW 740, KRW 750, KRW 9750, KRW 9750, KRW 200, KRW 36750, KRW 2005.

3) Therefore, the Plaintiff is entitled to the Defendant’s payment of KRW 606,80,00,00 for the work price (including the portion of the inflation rate, value added tax) for each construction project, KRW 1,228,250,00 for the 6th construction price, KRW 915,450,00 for the 7th construction price, and KRW 915,450,00 for the 7th construction price). The Plaintiff is entitled to the payment of KRW 2,750,50,00 for the 7th construction work, and the amount payable and value added tax reflecting the inflation rate for the 7th construction work.
