Punishment of the crime

Defendant

A, Defendant B, and Defendant D are intellectual disability Grade 3, and Defendant C are employees who work together with Victim H (Ga name, E, 42 years old, and intellectual disability Grade 3) in “G,” which is a clothes washing business entity, as a person with intellectual disability 2.

1. On December 30, 2018, Defendant A: (a) around 12:30 on December 30, 2018, at the G G workplace located in Seo-gu Incheon, Seo-gu, Incheon; (b) in spite of the refusal of the victim, Defendant A saw the victim’s body by using his own force; (c) saw the victim’s body behind the body; (d) kiding the victim’s body by force from the back of the victim; and (d) kiding the victim’s bridge into the victim’s body in the workplace, the victim’s body was left the victim’s body in accordance with the Defendant; and (d) on the same day, Defendant A took a photograph of the victim’s body by taking the victim’s pla and bridge on two arms, regardless of the victim’s refusal to do so.

Accordingly, the defendant committed an indecent act against the victim who is a disabled person.

2. At around 13:50 on December 30, 2018, Defendant B entered the victim’s own arms in the said G G workplace, following the victim’s back, and forced the victim to enter the victim’s own arms, and had the victim enter the lower part of the victim.

Accordingly, the defendant committed an indecent act against the victim who is a disabled person.

3. On December 30, 2018, Defendants C and D took photographs using the cell phone camera of the Defendants, as described in paragraphs (1) and (2), and as indicated in paragraphs (1) and (2), in which Defendants C and D were forced to commit an indecent act by using force, such as sparing and raising the victim, and thereby tamping the victim.

As a result, the Defendants conspired to commit sexual harassment that causes the disabled victims to feel sexual humiliation and shame.

4. Defendant C: (a) at the same G workplace around Sundays P.M. on December 2018; (b) at the same time, the victim took clothes found in the cres of laundry; and (c) is working after the work.
