1. The Defendants are jointly and severally and severally liable to the Plaintiff for KRW 50,000,00 and 7.2% per annum from October 1, 2012 to January 1, 2016.

1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;

The judgment with no applicable provisions of the Civil Procedure Act (Article 208(3)1 of the Civil Procedure Act) recognizes damages for delay calculated at the rate of 15% per annum from the day after the delivery date of a copy of the complaint in this case until the day of full payment, as the provisions on statutory interest rate in the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings were promulgated on September 25, 2015 and enforced from October 1, 2015.
