1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 37,967,980 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from October 8, 2015 to the day of complete payment.

1. Indication of claims: It shall be as shown in attached Form; and

2. Judgment without holding any pleadings (Article 208 (3) 1 of the Civil Procedure Act);

3. As the provisions governing statutory interest rates under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings for Partial Dismissal enter into force on September 25, 2015 and enter into force on October 1, 2015, only damages for delay calculated at the rate of 15% per annum from October 1, 2015 to the date of full payment shall be recognized, and the excess portion shall be dismissed.
