Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 9,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On March 24, 2017, the Defendant interfered with the performance of special official duties: (a) discovered that the Defendant was driving the E Hospital “E Hospital” on the front side of the Defendant’s low-priced car while under the influence of alcohol on the front side while driving the Defendant’s vehicle at the front side of the city of Gwangju, and started to flee only after the point of control to avoid this.

The Defendant, for about two minutes after driving the said car from the Defendant, stopped on the road in front of the “H” located in the G of the Gwangju Mine, and 1, a police station patrolman of the Gwangju Mine in which the Defendant was driving a police vehicle and following the Defendant’s car, she stopped the vehicle in front of the Defendant’s vehicle and unloaded from the Defendant’s vehicle.

The Defendant used the said I to drive the said I while driving the said I and driving it forward to the front of the Defendant’s vehicle, and used the I to drive it into the left front of the vehicle.

In this respect, the defendant, using a dangerous object, interfered with the legitimate execution of duties of police officers concerning the crackdown on drinking.

2. Around 22:00 on March 24, 2017, the Defendant driven a motor vehicle with low alcohol content of about 0.147% while under the influence of alcohol in the 3km section from the front road of “free fishery” located in 24-7 a.m. 182-h, the center line of the Gwangju Mine-gu, Gwangju to the front road of “H” located in the same Gu to the road of “H” located in the same Gu.
