Defendant shall be punished by a fine of one million won.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On July 5, 2014, at around 16:00, the Defendant set up posts on the land in C, D’s house access roads and the roads to be used for the passage of the general public, and obstructed the traffic of the land by piling up soil.
