Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Defendant A is a person who runs the mechanical parts wholesale business in the name of Geumcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government 17 Dong 203 from August 1, 201, with the trade name of “D.”
No person who violates the Trademark Act shall use a trademark identical to the registered trademark of another person on goods identical with or similar to the designated goods.
