The prosecution of this case is dismissed.

1. At around 15:02 on July 27, 2018, the Defendant made a public insult of the complainants by expressing “here F” for reasons that the complainants were not bona fide in the game at the CPC room located in the GPC room located in the GPC room located in Sung-nam-si, Sungnam-si, G, by continuously raising the message “parent disability, seeing year, tank, disability, youth, and G”.

2. The instant case is a victim’s complaint subject to prosecution only upon the victim’s complaint. According to the records, E, the complainant, after the instant indictment, can be acknowledged as the revocation of the complaint against the Defendant on November 23, 2018.

Therefore, the facts charged in this case constitute revocation of a complaint with respect to a case which can be prosecuted only upon a complaint, and thus, the prosecution is dismissed pursuant to Article 327 subparagraph 5 of the Criminal Procedure Act.
