1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 40,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from April 24, 2016 to the day of complete payment.

In full view of the purport of Gap's entries and arguments, it is recognized that the defendant prepared one promissory note, the face value of which is "40 million won" on August 20, 2014, "payment date", "Seoul Special Metropolitan City," "Seoul Special Metropolitan City," "date of issuance", "date of issuance", "beneficiary", and "Plaintiff", and delivered it to the plaintiff.

According to the above facts of recognition, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff the amount of KRW 40 million and damages for delay calculated at the rate of 15% per annum from April 24, 2016 to the date of full payment, as requested by the plaintiff, which is the day following the delivery date of a copy of the complaint of this case, to the day of full payment.

If so, the plaintiff's claim is justified.
