1. Defendant C and D receive KRW 1,220,00,000 from the Plaintiffs, and at the same time, Kimpo-si Forest land 29.
Reasons
1. Facts of recognition;
A. On December 30, 2010, the Plaintiffs, the husband and wife, purchased KRW 150,000,000 (payment on July 11, 201), the remainder of KRW 1,530,000 (payment on a contractual basis) and the sum of KRW 1,530,00,000 (hereinafter “instant sales contract”) from Defendant C and D (hereinafter “Defendant husband and wife”), the husband and wife of which were jointly owned by the Defendant husband and wife, and paid KRW 150,00,00,000 to the Defendant husband and wife on the same day. The specific terms and conditions of the instant sales contract are as follows.
1) The seller (the Defendant couple) cooperates in all the documents necessary for the buyer’s development (the Plaintiff). 2) The seller (the Defendant couple) in the instant forest cemetery is the seller’s cycle of this disability.
3) On July 2011, the remainder shall be paid after the completion of this Chapter. The letter of consent to the use of roads was issued to each of the plaintiffs.

The Plaintiffs paid to the Defendant couple KRW 30,00,000 on June 29, 201, under some of the remainder under the instant sales contract, KRW 20,000 on June 30, 201, KRW 20,000 on June 30, 201, KRW 200 on January 16, 201, KRW 200,000 on March 21, 2012, KRW 25,000 on March 21, 2012, KRW 27,000 on April 16, 2012, KRW 20,000 on September 17, 2012, KRW 5,000,00 on January 30, 2013, KRW 00 on June 16, 2003, KRW 00 on June 16, 2003; and
On August 6, 2013, the Defendant Husband and wife paid all of the remainder to the Plaintiffs upon the lapse of July 11, 2011, which is the remainder payment date of the instant sales contract.
