On July 6, 2013, at around 01:25, the Defendant driven a B-wing car with approximately 80 meters of alcohol via a incineration house located in 199 of Dollari-ri-ri 199, in the state of alcohol of 0.134% of blood alcohol content, from the North Korean map of Cheongjin-gun, Incheon po-gun to the front road of Dolla-ri, Dolla-ri, 277-1.
