A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

[Criminal Power] On October 15, 2010, the Defendant received a summary order of KRW 1.5 million for a fine for a violation of the Road Traffic Act in the Daegu District Court Kimcheon-do.

【Criminal Facts】

On January 22, 2020, at around 22:45, the Defendant driven a F Karen car in the state of alcohol alcohol concentration of approximately 0.170% at the section of about 2km from the front of the restaurant C cafeteria located in the Gyeong-si, Chungcheongnam-si, Seoul, to the front of the oil station located in D in the same city.

Accordingly, the defendant violated the prohibition of drinking driving more than twice.
