If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On November 9, 2012, around 22:30 on November 22, 2012, the Defendant: (a) destroyed the entrance entrance of the Dju in front of the “Dju shop” operated by the victim C (Nam, 35 years of age) located in Gwanak-gu in Seoul Special Metropolitan City; (b) caused the Defendant to commit assault against the victim by cutting down the victim’s head head and pushed down the victim’s head by his loss.
