Punishment of the crime

The Defendant became aware of the Victim D (the name, the age of 14) due to the visit of the Victim D (the name, the life, the age of 14) in the Gyeonggjin-gun, Chungcheongnam-do, Chungcheongnam-do on February 17, 2018, when the Defendant was engaged in electrical construction, boiler repair business and living together.

1. On February 27, 2018, the Defendant: (a) opened a string door door in front of the victim’s house at around 08:00 on February 27, 2018; (b) opened the victim’s house; and (c) opened the victim’s string door to the string door; and (d) opened the victim’s string off twice the victim’s string with the victim’s string door with the victim’s string; and (b) opened the victim’s string in the same way as above before the victim’s house left the victim’s house.

The Defendant discovered the victim who was frighten in the room and charged with the part above, and prevented the victim who was rejected by the Defendant from leaving a canter. The Defendant, by hand, attempted to leave the victim's chest and panty in the part above the victim's body so that the victim's chest and her frightt canter, cut off the victim's load and her panty, forced the victim from leaving the her body so that the victim cannot walk out, she forced the victim from leaving the her body, she was frightened by hand, she was frightd between the part of the chest and the part of the defendant's sexual organ, and she attempted to put the victim's sexual organ into the victim's sect, but she attempted to put the victim's sexual organ into the victim's sect, but she attempted to do so.

Accordingly, the Defendant attempted to rape the victim by impairing the victim's residence, but attempted to commit such rape.
