Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 10 million.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

1. The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving of BMW passenger cars in violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (or on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes), violation of Road Traffic Act (or without a license) and violation of Road Traffic Act (or without a license).

On January 16, 2017, the Defendant driven the said car without obtaining a driver's license from around 22:20 on January 16, 2017, and turned to the left at a speed of about 20 km per hour from the two separations away from the two separations.

At that time, the intersection was installed with signal apparatus, so in such a case, a person engaged in driving a motor vehicle has a duty of care to safely drive the motor vehicle in accordance with the signal apparatus's instruction and prevent the accident in advance.

As a result, the Defendant, by the above occupational negligence, sustained injury to the victim, such as salt, tensions, etc. in light of the 2 week medical treatment, and at the same time, destroyed the 5,839,895 won of the repair cost, such as the exchange of the front driver of the MF5 vehicle, but escaped without immediately stopping and taking necessary measures.

2. On January 18, 2017, in order to conceal the fact of having caused a traffic accident while driving a non-exclusive license as set forth in paragraph 1, the Defendant: (a) G, a person related to the borrower of the said BMW car, who is the interest-related borrower of the said BM car, made a false statement by G as having paid the traffic accident; and (b) G, a false statement by phone call to I from a police officer of the Daegu Suwon Suwon-si Police Station Hon-si, Daegu-si (hereinafter referred to as 16:40 on the same day) at an irregular area where G was not in Daegu-si (hereinafter referred to as 16:40 on the same day).
