1. The Plaintiff, Defendant B, and Defendant Samsung Fire and Marine Insurance Co., Ltd. jointly with Defendant B.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. The pertinent Plaintiff is the driver of the D Two-wheeled Automobile owned by C, the spouse of which (hereinafter “the instant vehicle”), and Defendant B is the driver of the E-Poter Cargo (hereinafter “the instant vehicle”), and Defendant Samsung Fire and Marine Insurance Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant Company”) is the insurer who entered into the automobile liability insurance contract for the instant vehicle (hereinafter “instant insurance contract”).
B. At around 14:50 on June 30, 2015, the Plaintiff: (a) driven the instant Obaba; (b) went beyond the central line while the instant Obabababababababbababababababababa, along the direction of the right right-hand bababababababababa; and (c) the part of the instant Obabababababababa, along the right-hand bababababababababa; and (d) the front head of the instant vehicle’

According to the terms and conditions of the insurance contract of this case, the defendant company is liable for insurance money / [Personal Compensation I] [Attachment I] of the Enforcement Decree of the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act, and the items set forth in the terms and conditions within the scope of compensation by injury grade.
