A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Larceny;

A. On March 2015, the Defendant found the victim C-owned D-wing cargo vehicles parked in the area, and stolen the front license plate, which was fixed on the front license plate of the said vehicle, in the vicinity of a wooden bridge located in the B-dong, Seosung-gu, Daejeon, Daejeon.

B. On November 28, 2015, the Defendant: (a) laid down a vinyl located in Daejeon Dong-gu, Daejeon, Daejeon on November 28, 2015; (b) laid down 50 ploss of milk-stuffed fertilizers of an amount equivalent to KRW 400,00,000 at the market price accumulated by the victim F; and (c) laid down 20 pls of rice-stuffed fertilizers of an amount equivalent to KRW 40,00,000 at the market price.

On December 12, 2016, around the workplace located adjacent to a vinyl located adjacent to the Daejeon Dong-gu Daejeon, Daejeon on December 12, 2016, the Defendant: (a) loaded 20 pools of oilbox 1.60,00 won at the market price he stockpiled by the victim I while carrying 1.60,000 pools of the above cargo owned by the Defendant.

E. On December 21, 2016, the Defendant: (a) committed a theft of the Victim’s Madle field located adjacent to the Plaintiff’s greenhouse, located in Daejeon Dong-gu L, Daejeon, on December 21, 2016; (b) the Defendant loaded 700,000 square meters of the market value of the Victim’s Madlebage, and one hand lebs of the hand lebs of the amount equivalent to KRW 100,000,000 of the market value,

On March 2, 2016, at around 16:00, the Defendant: (a) opened a tent behind the warehouse and intruded into the warehouse managed by the victim’sO located in Daejeon-dong, Daejeon-gu; (b) and (c) loaded 10,000 pole and 70,000,000 won of the market value of the victim’s possession, which was accumulated inside the warehouse, on the one hand, loaded onto the said cargo onto the Defendant’s possession.

Accordingly, the defendant intrudes on the building managed by the damaged person, and the victim.
