[Defendant A] The defendant A shall be punished by imprisonment for eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On July 22, 2016, from around 20:00 to 20:50 of the same day, Defendant A gathered 23 persons, such as F, on the second floor of the E community hall located in Ansan-si, from around 20:0 to around 20:50 of the same day, and then, G, H, I, and J, using 51 sheet for the purpose of profit-making, have the maximum amount of KRW 30,000 from the minimum amount of KRW 2,000 to the maximum amount of KRW 30,000, and have the other persons, such as F, start the saw under the name of “hack-saw” in a manner of making the hack-saw with three strings with three strings, and open the hacks to the minimum amount of KRW 5,00,000 from each string to the maximum amount of KRW 5,000,00,000.

2. Defendant B

A. The Defendant, despite being aware of the fact that A had to open a gambling place at the time, time, and place mentioned in paragraph (1), aided and abetted A’s opening of the gambling place by way of taking five gambling places, including K, and remitting KRW 300,000 to L who is the manager of the above E community hall used as the gambling place as a rental fee.
