Defendant shall be punished by a fine of eight million won.

Punishment of the crime

On January 23, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of KRW 4 million in the Daejeon District Court due to a violation of the Road Traffic Act.

On 00:40 on 00:0 on 04.09., the Defendant driven C Launa car at a section of about 30 km from the vicinity of the Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Seocho-gu “rom” to the front road of the Yeongdeungpo-gu, Gyeonggi-gu, Gyeonggi-gu. Gyeonggi-do, while under the influence of alcohol of 0.079% of alcohol level.

Accordingly, the Defendant violated the prohibition of driving under the influence of alcohol not less than twice.
