The defendant is a person who drives a BP car.

On May 25, 2015, the Defendant driven approximately 30 km up to May 25, 2015, at around 0.056% of alcohol concentration in blood, the Defendant driven the said car at around 30 km, which is located in Samwon-ri, Gyeongwon-ri, Samwon-ri, Gyeongwon-ri, Gyeongwon-ri, Gyeongnam-gu, Gyeongwon-gu, Gyeongnam-gu, Gyeongnam-gu, Seoul.
