A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months and by a fine not exceeding 5,00,000 won.

1. On February 22, 2012, around 04:38, the Defendant stolen, with a victim D chips equivalent to KRW 30,000,00, the market price of which was owned by the victim D, at a five-story rest room of the five-story area in the Gangseo-gu, Seogyeong-gun, Seowon-si, Seowon-gun, Seowon-gun, Seowon-gun, Seowon-gun, Seowon-gun, Seowon-gun, Seowon-gun, Seowon-do.

2. On February 22, 2012, around 04:43, the Defendant stolen the game chips equivalent to KRW 31,80,000 at the victim D holding the game chips, which were located on the game table table at the 5th floor-V-IP room in the Gangseo-gu Gi-ri, Seowon-gun, Seowon-gun, Seowon-gun, Seowon-gun, Seowon-gun, Seowon-gun, Seowon-gun, Seowon-gun, Seowon-gun, Seowon-gun.

3. On April 2, 2012, from around 12:00 to around 13:30 of the same day, the Defendant: (a) placed in the E casino in the Republic of China Mara from around 12:00 to around 13:30 of the same day; (b) placed in the casino table to the casino, and received chip equivalent to USD 1,000 in Hong Kong ($ 1,50,000 in Chinese currency) on the Chinese board, and chip chip in a way that the sum of the cards would be close to 9, and 150 times in total.

4. From around 02:30 on April 3, 2012 to 16:00 on the same day, the Defendant: (a) placed in the E casino in the Republic of China on a casino; (b) placed in the casino table, and received 2 to 3 copies of a card from a sear, and opened the casino chips equivalent to USD 1,000 in Hong Kong on the plate; and (c) placed the casino chips in the way that the sum of the cards is similar to KRW 9,00,000 in a way that the sum of the cards is equal to KRW 24,00,000 in total, and 90 in total.

5. On April 4, 2012, the Defendant: (a) at the E hotel located in Makao in China around the morning on April 4, 2012, the Defendant left the casino chips equivalent to USD 1,000 ($ 150,000 in Chinese currency) in the Chinese market in a way that the sum of the said cards 20,000,000 in total with KRW 70,000 in a total of 70 times.
