1. Of the distribution schedule prepared on June 5, 2015 by the said court with respect to the G real estate auction case at the Gwangju District Court G.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. As to each real estate listed in the separate sheet, the registration of change was completed in the name of the Nonparty Housing Guarantee Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Korea Housing Guarantee”) on the ground that the registration of change was completed in the name of the housing project mutual aid association consisting of the debtor, Cheongam Construction Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Cheongam Construction”), the registration of change was completed in the name of the Nonparty Housing Guarantee Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Korea Housing Guarantee”) on the ground that the registration of change was completed on September 2, 2014, under Article 186875 of the Act No. 18685, Sept. 3, 1999.
B. On September 2, 2014, the Plaintiff acquired part of the above collateral security claims against Cheongam Construction under an asset acquisition agreement entered into with the Korea Housing Guarantee on November 21, 2012, and completed the supplementary registration of partial transfer of the collateral security claims in the name of the Plaintiff, which was KRW 1 billion, based on the registration authority of the Gwangju District Court as to each real estate listed in the separate list, under Article 18680, as to each real estate as indicated in the separate list, under the title of the Plaintiff.
C. On November 14, 2014, the Plaintiff entered into a pledge agreement with the Incheon Savings Bank Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Incheon Savings Bank”) on part of the above collateral security claims, and subsequently entered into a pledge agreement on each real estate listed in the attached list on the same day as of November 14, 2014, the registration office of the Gwangju District Court entered the amount of KRW 450 million as of November 14, 2014, the amount of which was KRW 49952 as of November 14, 2014, and the amount of which was KRW 550 million as of the Plaintiff’s debtor.
At the request of the plaintiff who is a collateral security right holder, the G real estate auction procedure (hereinafter referred to as "the auction procedure") established for each real estate listed in the attached list shall be called "the auction procedure
On June 5, 2015, the aforementioned court distributed 668,438,716 won as indicated in the following distribution schedule, which was the date of distribution, after deducting the execution expenses, etc. from the proceeds of sale. The above court distributed 68,438,716 won as the amount to be actually distributed among the proceeds of sale.
