Defendant shall be punished by a fine not exceeding one million won.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one million won shall be the one day.

Reasons

Punishment of the crime

On March 10, 2015, at around 19:25, the Defendant: (a) discovered as the above C points operated by the victim for the following reasons: (b) on the ground that: (c) the Defendant, while drinking alcohol in the Defendant’s restaurant at the Defendant’s restaurant; (d) the Defendant had the Victim G asked to bring money to the Defendant; and (e) had the Finger would have attempted to bring money to the Defendant, and (e) had the Defendant her talked with the Defendant; and (e) the Defendant did not have any such speech, the Defendant was unable to bring a disturbance for about 40 minutes, such as having the Defendant her talked with the instant C points operated by the victim for the said C points.
