A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

To the extent that the defendant's defense right is not disadvantaged, part of the facts charged was revised.

On May 27, 2017, the Defendant: (a) at the C office located in Bupyeong-gu Incheon Metropolitan Government, the Defendant: (b) “In the event that he/she supplies all materials for industrial and fishery products for one year from May 27, 2017 to May 27, 2018, he/she would make a settlement of the price of the goods at the 10th day of each month; (c) in good faith, he/she would arrange for the supply of goods at that place because he/she knows about 40 or all of the E chain points in the whole country, so that he/she can supply goods at that place. However, at the time, the Defendant had taken over and operated 200 million won of the former operator’s debt, and had no intention or ability to pay the amount normally even if he received the goods from the victim, since the said Lestop had been continuously instructed by the enemy, the Defendant had no intention or ability to pay the amount.

As above, the Defendant deceivings the victim as well as deceiving him/her from May 25, 2017 to the same year.

8. By October, 100, he received food materials equivalent to KRW 78,298,540 in total on seven occasions, such as the attached list of crimes, and acquired them by fraud.
