Defendant shall be punished by a fine of two million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

On April 12, 2016, the Defendant driven a B rocketing taxi around 09:30 on April 12, 2016, and driven a five-lane road near the company bank located in the 257-lane as the king-si, according to four-lanes from the waterside to the inside side of the waterside, while the victim C driven a motor vehicle from the D Habba to the wind that rapidly changes its course from the right side of the defendant's taxi.

As a result, the Defendant: (a) was driving a vehicle driving by the victim while driving the vehicle; (b) obstructed the course of the victim by driving the vehicle in the direction of the victim; and (c) continuously obstructed and threaten the victim by continuing to change the vehicle on the three-lane side of the damage three-lanes; (d) obstructed and threaten the victim’s course by stopping the vehicle immediately before the victim’s vehicle; and (e) interfered with the victim’s course by stopping the victim’s course more than twice in the same manner; and (e) interfered with the Defendant’s taxi back part of the victim’s taxi.

Accordingly, the defendant threatened the victim with the above rocketing taxi, which is a dangerous object, and damaged the victim's front part of the driver's car to estimate the repair cost.
