However, for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Crimes involving telecom with “D”;

A. From December 23, 2017 to February 21:20, 2018, Defendant A had seven rooms, shower rooms, and two waiting rooms for employees in Gangdong-gu Seoul, Gangdong-gu, Seoul, with the trade name of "D," and had two rooms, etc. employed female sexual traffic, including G, and provided 9-1.60,00 won for each course, and had the said female sexual traffic with their sexual intercourse with the said female.

B. On December 13, 2017, Defendant B knew that A had been operating a sexual traffic business establishment in the E-building F of Gangdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government around December 13, 2017, as described in the above paragraph (a), the Defendant entered into a lease agreement with the lessor C and J on the above commercial building, and provided a deposit of KRW 20 million to the lessee K and provided a fund for sexual traffic.

2. Defendant A’s crime committed at the time of the crackdown on the telecom.

A. From February 26, 2018, around 22:50 on February 26, 2018, the Defendant: (a) controlled the suspicion that he operated a sexual traffic business establishment at the “D” set forth in the foregoing paragraph (1); and (b) discovered the fact that he/she received a demand for voluntary accompanying from the police officers belonging to the Seoul Gangnam Police Station and received a demand for voluntary accompanying from the police officers belonging to the Seoul Dong Police Station, and obtained a fraudulent case, etc.; and (c) thus,

M's personal information was stolen.

The defendant was informed at the above date, time, and place that "the above principal was requested by police officers to voluntarily accompany him/her at the above time and place, and that he/she can refuse it as well as to leave at any time, and confirmed that he/she responded to voluntary accompanying.

The phrase “voluntary accompanying consent” signed by M in the signature column, and signed a “written statement” to the effect that recognizes the operation of a sexual traffic business establishment, and indicated “M and N” in the personnel column as “M and N.”
