A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Except as otherwise provided for in other Acts, no person shall transfer or take over any access medium in using and managing the access medium.

1. On January 23, 2015 or around January 24, 2015, the Defendant transferred a new bank passbook (Account Number) and physical bank passbook (Account Number: C), corporate bank passbook (Account Number: D), and physical bank passbook (Account Number) and physical bank card under the name of the Defendant, the representative of which is a limited company in Gwangju-gu, Seo-gu, Gwangju.

2. On January 24, 2015 or around January 25, 2015, the Defendant transferred a passbook (Account Number) and physical bank account (Account Number) in the name of the Defendant’s limited company B, the Defendant’s representative, No. 1355, No. 200, No. 200, No. 2000, No. 2000, No. 2000, No. 2000, No. 2000, No. 2015

3. On January 25, 2015 or around January 26, 2015, the Defendant: (a) transferred a new compromise passbook (Account Number) and physical check (Account Number) in the name of a limited company B, the Defendant representative of which was the Defendant, and a post office passbook (Account Number:H) and physical check.

4. On April 8, 2015 or around April 10, 2015, the Defendant transferred a passbook (Account Number: I) and a physical card in the name of the Defendant’s limited company B, the representative of which is the Defendant, to the name in the name in the French-gu, Seo-gu, Gwangju.

5. On May 9, 2015 or around May 10, 2015, the Defendant transferred one bank passbook (Account Number: J) and physical check in the name of the limited company B, the Defendant’s representative, the agricultural bank passbook (Account Number L) and physical check in the name of the limited company K, the Defendant’s representative, and the corporate bank passbook (Account Number: M) and physical check in the name of the limited company K.

6. The Defendant is the representative of the non-resident of his/her name on October 16, 2015 or on October 17, 2015, at the non-resident of the Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Gwangju.
