1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.

1. Basic facts

A. 1) The Korea National Housing Corporation (hereinafter “the instant project site”) implements a housing site development project in light of or around 1987, while implementing a housing site development project in light of or around 1987 and as part of the relocation measures to the merchants of customary markets in light of broad-si 3,967 square meters (hereinafter “instant project site”).

Around April 198, 198, the name of the E-Merchants Association (BB merchants' Association) was changed to the E-Merchants Association (B merchants' Association) in order to build a commercial building in the instant project site by distributing some of the owners and the 290 merchants sharing the instant project site.

(2) On November 18, 1988, the instant members established G Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “G”) for the smooth promotion of the construction project of the F Commercial Building (hereinafter referred to as the “instant commercial building”) on the instant business site, and delegated the said company with the affairs of construction and sale of buildings.

G signed a sales contract with the Korea National Housing Corporation on October 31, 1990 on behalf of the instant members, and completed the transfer registration in the name of the instant members.

B. 1) G is the process of building the instant commercial building under its name and the building permission for the instant commercial building was granted, and G is the development of the academic industry and industry around September 1993 (hereinafter referred to as the “educational industry development”).

(2) On July 21, 1994, G was a contract for the construction of the instant commercial building, and the development of the industry was suspended when part of the construction of the underground base was conducted on or around August 1994. G is the Hanjin Heavy Industries Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the “Korea Heavy Industries”) around July 21, 1994.

(2) Around July 1996, the instant association terminated the said delegation to G and established H (hereinafter “H”) on July 25, 1996, delegated H with the construction work of the instant commercial building and the sales work of the said building, and changed the owner’s name from G to H on July 27, 1996.
