Defendant

A was in charge of investment recruitment and business explanation while operating C's Seoul T's T's T's T's T's T's military self-support center, respectively.

In making an investment, USD 1,00 (1300,000) 70% of the D’s shares, 10% of the recommended allowances, 12% of the sponsor’s allowances, 8-10% of the 1st to 3th, 7% of the 1st to 7th in the name of the recommendation, 3,000 of the global allowances, and 100% of the investment amount, 80% of the D’s shares, 12% of the recommended allowances, 14% of the sponsor’s allowances, 5-10% of the 1st to 6th 6th , 8th 3th 3th 7th , respectively, in the name of the recommendation, and 3,000 of the global allowances.
