Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for eight months.

However, from the date of the conclusion of the judgment, the Defendants are above two years from the date of the judgment.

Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A

A. Special injury Defendant: (a) from around 23:50 on September 30, 2017 to around 00:10 on October 1, 2017, at the “D” drinking house located in Guro-gu Seoul; (b) on the ground that the Defendant had scambling with another customer B (35 years of age) on the ground that scambling had scam, the Defendant left two parts of the victim’s inside, which is a dangerous thing in the foregoing drinking house; and (c) on the other hand, the Defendant scambling two times with the victim’s inside and outside, which is a dangerous thing in the said drinking house. The Defendant scambling the victim’s inside and outside of the body.

As a result, the Defendant conspiredd with three infinites, carried dangerous objects, and put about about about 10 days of treatment to the victim.

B. From September 30, 2017 to October 10, 2017, the Defendant interfered with the business of the victim’s drinking business by force, in collusion with his/her name in collusion with the infinites, the Defendant interfered with the business of the victim’s drinking business by avoiding disturbance, such as punishing a group of fighting in the same manner as described in subparagraph 1(a), and allowing the customers in the said drinking house to out of the outside, thereby obstructing the victim’s drinking business.

2. Defendant B

A. When disputes arise due to the same date, time, place, and description as mentioned in paragraph (1) of Section 1, the Defendant suffered special injury: (a) 2 times the head part of the victim A (29 years old); (b) 300c c sc sc sc sc sc sc sc sc sc sp sp sp sp sp sp sp sp sp sp sp sp sp sp sp sp sp sp sp sp sp sp sp sp sp sp

As a result, the defendant carried dangerous things with the victim and inflicted an injury on the victim, such as an open head, which requires approximately two weeks medical treatment.

B. The Defendant interfering with his duties shall be punished for collective fighting in the same manner as the time, place, and in the same manner as the description of paragraph 1-b, and in the same manner as that of paragraph 2.
