Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,500,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On June 3, 2013, at the top of the Ccafeteria located in Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government on June 15:25, 2013, the Defendant publicly insultingd the victim by saying, “A police officer belonging to the D Zone D District of the Seoul Gangseo-gu Police Station, who was dispatched after receiving a report that the drunk franks, should not be able to take care of, and the Defendant’s employees of the restaurant, customer, etc., who are the victim.”
