A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving of Bchip motor vehicles.

On May 1, 2014, at around 03:30, the Defendant: (a) while proceeding the intersection of Samsung Bio-building in front of the Samsung Sea Office in front of the Samsung Sea-Si Kim Jong-dong, from the Pacific bank to the Kim Sejong-si west-si, the Defendant: (b) caused the damage to the right side of the said vehicle on the front side of the stop signal in violation of the signal; (c) caused the victim C (the age of 47) who was directly engaged in under the new subparagraph to the seat of the Kimhae-gu department in the front side of the said vehicle, and caused the victim, the victim D (the age of 46), and E (the age of 40) in front of the said taxi to receive approximately two-day medical treatment; and (d) at the same time, the Defendant destroyed the said taxi to take necessary measures, such as immediately stopping it, without providing relief to the victims.
