Punishment of the crime

On July 5, 2016, at around 09:19, the Defendant stolen the Defendant’s 350-1 bus operated in the inner line of the Kimpo Airport located in Yan-si, Yacheon-gu, Yacheon-gu, Yacheon-si, with a single card tag (including one driver’s license, three credit cards, three cash cards, and KRW 70,000,000,000) as it is, at the market price unsatisfing the bottom below the bus seat.

[In full view of the following circumstances acknowledged by the evidence duly admitted and investigated by this Court, the fact that the Defendant intentionally committed the theft is sufficiently recognized.

① As CCTV image on a bus, it is observed that the bus was moved to the seat of the width immediately before stopping, and the bus was moved to the seat of the width immediately before stopping, while finding out the above wall, which is far away from the floor of the seat of the passage.
