1. The plaintiffs' appeals against the defendants are all dismissed.

2. The costs of appeal are assessed against the Plaintiffs.

1. Basic facts

A. N, M, L, and Defendant C completed each of the procedures for ownership transfer registration as to the shares of 90/579 square meters with respect to 5579 square meters with respect to the shares of 3079/5579 square meters with respect to the shares of 3079/579 square meters with respect to the shares of 900/5579 square meters with respect to each land listed in the separate sheet on August 9, 2003.

B. On March 21, 2003, the Plaintiffs completed the procedure for provisional registration of the right to claim ownership transfer on March 13, 2003 with respect to the portion 1467/3079, and the portion 1612/3079, respectively, as to the portion 1612/3079, among the N Shares of 3072 5579 square meters in the Kandong-gu Kandong-gu Kandong-gu Yandong-gu Ga.

(hereinafter “each provisional registration of this case”)

On April 25, 2005, Defendant D and Defendant E purchased each share of L (80/5579m2) out of 5579m2 from L in Yong-gu Kandong-gu Kandong-gu Kandong-gu Kandong-si, and Defendant E purchased each share of M (900/5579m2) out of 5579m2 from M, Young-gu Kandong-gu Kandong-gu Kandong-gu, Ma.

D. On September 7, 2005 and December 2, 2008, the land indicated in the separate sheet was divided into each land for the land of 5579 square meters in the Kandong-gu, Youngdong-gu, Chungcheongnam-si.

E. N and the Defendants agreed on the subdivision of each land listed in the separate sheet on October 10, 2005, and on October 14, 2005, the sequence 1 among the lands listed in the separate sheet as listed below :

1. The lands described in paragraph 10.6.6.10 are owned solely by N; and

2.9. The lands described in paragraph (9) shall be owned by the defendant C alone, and (3) by the sequence;

3.8. The lands described in paragraph (8) shall be owned by Defendant D alone, and (4).

4.7. Each land described in paragraph 7. shall complete each procedure for the transfer of shares as owned by Defendant E.
