Punishment of the crime

Defendant

A and the victim B are adjoining neighbors, and the defendant is residing in the Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City CD and the victim is residing in the same Do Do Do Ra.

On two occasions around 2018, the Defendant filed a complaint against the victim on five suspicions, including property damage, intrusion upon residence, theft, indecent act by compulsion, and violation of the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (joint confinement) (Articles 2018 and 22756, 2018 and 36698).
