1. However, in fact, the Defendant, at the time, stolen 50 million won to the branch under employment name, and acquired approximately KRW 300 million debt from capital and banks, loan companies, etc., and took out the above money to change it in the situation where it is impossible to obtain a loan under the sole name of the Defendant due to the lack of credit rating. Thus, even if the Defendant received a loan, the victim did not have the ability to repay it instead, or there was no ability to change the party to the above loan in the name of the Defendant.
Ultimately, the Defendant received a loan of KRW 120 million from the lending company to the national bank account (F) in the name of the Defendant on February 23, 2017, by allowing the Defendant to borrow KRW 120 million in total from the lending company four times from February 22, 2017 to February 23, 2017.
Accordingly, the defendant deceivings the victim to take the property by deceiving the victim.

2. The Defendant against the victim G was a person who works as an engineer in the E-book No. 2, Inc., Ltd., in e-book D, with a view to taking advantage of the intent to obtain money for the victim’s employment as H employment. On September 2016, the Defendant got the victim at the “J mountain father and the parking lot” located in Pyeongtaek-si I, Seocho-si, 2016.
