Defendant
A and B shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for one year and six months, and by imprisonment with prison labor for one year.
However, from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

1. Defendant A and the Defendants committed fraud using a special card bearing numbers and pictures as a type of optical material on the back of the card and the tamper, and a tamper identifying such card and tamper as a medical device to distinguish the card and the tamper.
On January 19, 2015, the Defendants conspired to wear contact lensess, which is a medical device that did not obtain product permission or did not report items at the victim H’s house located in Geumcheon-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, and used “V” gambling with the victim I, H, J, J, K, L, and M, as if they were in a normal card and steination, and without obtaining permission or certification or reporting, from that time to February 2, 2015, the Defendants acquired KRW 25,200,000 in total by the same method as indicated in the attached list of crimes, and used the medical device without obtaining permission or certification.
2. On January 19, 2015, Defendant C, while being aware of the fact that Defendant C was to be used in order to gambling as above, in front of the physical park, among children located in Seojin-gu, Jeonjin-gu, Seoul around January 19, 2015, Defendant C, despite being aware of the fact that Defendant C and B attempted to use the above contact lenses at KRW 600,000,000, and aided B, thereby aiding and abetting B by making it easy to gambling, and at the same time, sold a medical device without obtaining permission or certification or filing a report.
Defendant C is a person engaged in driving a Ntra XG car.
On November 28, 2015, the Defendant driven the said car at a speed of about 60km per hour, according to one lane towards the movable property from the general stadium, while driving the said car at a speed of about 18:50 kilometers per hour.
