The prosecution of this case is dismissed.

1. On March 8, 2018, around 11:15, the Defendant committed assault against the victim’s right side by taking the victim’s head debt to get off on a vehicle BMW 101, prior to that of the BM 101, when the Defendant talked that the victim D (nick, 24 years of age) was on board on a vehicle BMW 101.

2. Article 260(1) of the Criminal Act applicable to the facts charged of judgment: A judgment dismissing a victim’s non-prosecution of intent on May 10, 2018 (Article 327 subparag. 6 of the Criminal Procedure Act) after the prosecution is instituted under Article 260(3) of the Criminal Act.
