1. The plaintiff's claims against the defendants are all dismissed.

1. The costs of lawsuit are assessed against the Plaintiff.

Basic facts, such as the status of parties, the Plaintiff is an association established for the purpose of removing the buildings within the H-dong renewal promotion zone in Seodaemun-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government and constructing new buildings on the site to contribute to the stabilization of housing and the improvement of residential life of its members, and the Act on the Maintenance and Improvement of Urban Areas and Dwelling Conditions for Residents to implement

(hereinafter “instant business”). The Defendants were in office as the president or director of the Plaintiff’s association as indicated in the following table.

(hereinafter “instant agreement”). The instant agreement provides that the Plaintiff’s construction performance security (including construction cost of KRW 4.155 million, value added tax), advertising compensation (1.8 billion), and technical support expenses (108,903,300).
