1. All of the plaintiff's claims are dismissed.

Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. On June 3, 201, the Plaintiff entered into the sales agency service contract and the amendment contract (i.e., the sales agent contract of this case with the Defendant on June 3, 201, where the period of contract is one year for 22 households unsold in lots, among the 32 households unsold in lots among the 32 households located in the line of Gyeonggi-si (hereinafter “instant house”).
The main contents thereof are as shown in the relevant column.
Dor. The Plaintiff concluded the sales contract with three generations for one year until June 2, 2012, which is the expiration date of the contract term.
Around June 2012, the Plaintiff and the Defendant entered into the instant modified contract, including the extension of the contract term for one year after consultation with the Plaintiff.
The main contents thereof are as shown in the relevant column.
B. The Plaintiff did not cancel the sales contract until the lapse of three months after the conclusion of the instant modified contract.
Accordingly, from September 2012, the defendant himself promoted the blanket sale of 18 households unsold in lots.
B. On January 1, 2013, the Defendant entered into a financial consultation agreement with the Korea Investment Securities Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Korea Investment Securities”), and examined the original case industry from the Korea Investment Securities Co., Ltd. on January 16, 2013 after receiving the notice of intent to purchase from the Changwon Electric Co., Ltd. and the Hyd S. on February 28, 2013, the Defendant entered into a sales agreement with the Korea Investment Securities Co., Ltd. and the unsold household on February 28, 2013 to sell all of the sales proceeds at KRW 11,482,043,20.
(hereinafter referred to as “instant blanket sale”). Consolidated Defendant paid KRW 631,40,000 (including value-added tax) in total equivalent to 5% (4.9%) of the sales price on February 28, 2013 and May 7, 2013 on the Korean Investment Securities after the instant blanket sale.
C. (1) On March 27, 2013, after the date of the instant blanket sale, the Defendant rendered a service contract for the instant vicarious sale to the Plaintiff.
