A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

【Criminal Facts】

On April 19, 2020, at around 03:25, the Defendant driven a B low-speed car with a blood alcohol content of about 5km from the 5km section to the west-ri 589-1 night road near the Haak-gu Haak-gu Haak-gu Haak-gu.

Accordingly, the defendant violated the prohibition of drinking driving more than twice.
