A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for up to eight months and a fine of up to three hundred thousand won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000.

Punishment of the crime

On April 18, 2012, the Defendant and C, who was in de facto marital relationship, had given birth of D on April 18, 2012, experienced difficulties in the preparation of childcare and living expenses, have taken away another’s property and abandoned D.

1. The Defendant, in collaboration with C on September 1, 2012, opened a 300,000 won in cash after opening a cover of the Victim F owned by the victim, who was in his possession of the inside at the same time, using the excessive amount from the first floor E of Ulsan-gun, Ulsan-gun, Ulsan-do around 00 on September 1, 201.

The Defendant, together with C, stolen property equivalent to KRW 3,140,000, total market price from October 17, 199 to October 16, 00 of the same year, as shown in the list of crimes in attached Form 10.

2. On September 2012, the Defendant attempted to steal cash, which belongs to the victim H’s non-ownership of the victim who entered and was located there, in collaboration with C, from the Gilju-gun Gilsan-gun, Ulsan-do, Ulsan-do, and had attempted to do so on the wind not covered by the aforesaid fire.

3. At around 09:30 on September 10, 2012, the Defendant, in collusion with C, abandoned a baby in the manner of leaving the baby as it is, on the ground that: (a) the Defendant’s home located in Ulsan-gun I had no ability to rear the baby D (five months).

4. On September 6, 2012, the Defendant: (a) around 21:00 on September 6, 2012, the Defendant: (b) opened a house window and intruded by a room; and (c) laid down two gold-frames for women’s use, the market price of which is equivalent to KRW 170,000, in which the victim’s ownership was located in the room and stolen.

5. At around 12:00 on October 3, 2012, the Defendant: (a) committed theft with two gasolines equivalent to KRW 70,000 (10 liter per one 10 liter) at the victim’s seat located in Ulsan-gun, Ulsan-gun; (b) around the victim’s seat, the Defendant committed theft with two gasolines at the victim’s market price located there.

6. The defendant who has violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed Driving) shall be from October 17, 201 to the same day on the front day of M at the time of racing on October 16, 2012.
