around November 2018, B Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “B”) received a subcontract from C Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “C”) for the installation work of the storage tank in the amount of KRW 258,500,000 for the construction work cost during the D Creation Project, and the Defendant is a field manager of the above civil works and a person in charge of overall control over the direction and management of the said construction site.

B entered into a port operation-related equipment contract with E on December 8, 2018, and around December 10, 2018, from around December 10, 2018, three employees of E Co., Ltd.
