Punishment of the crime
The name indisscamist is a person who acquires money by means of a "scam phishing" method, such as making an unspecified victims withdraw money from the account by misrepresenting an investigator, prosecutor, etc. of the public prosecutor's office by calling for an unspecified victim.
The defendant misrepresented the staff of the Financial Supervisory Service to act as a liability for the collection of cash from the injured party.
1.
