1. The Defendants shall jointly and severally serve as the Plaintiff KRW 252,445,708 and as a result, from March 13, 2013 to June 11, 2015.
Reasons
1. Facts of recognition;
A. On March 22, 2012, the Central Medical Foundation of the Defendant Medical Corporation (hereinafter “Defendant Central Medical Foundation”) contracted to the Plaintiff for the construction of metal windows, reinforced glass and miscellaneous steel products (hereinafter “instant construction”) among the projects for the creation of new Jeju Hospital (hereinafter “instant construction”), which were newly constructed on the land outside 22 land in the Jeju-si relocation 22 and on the ground of 21 lots, in the name of the Defendant Dongdong Construction Corporation (hereinafter “Defendant Dongdong Construction”).
B. While the Plaintiff was performing construction works under the said contract, the Plaintiff added and changed the design at the request of the Defendant Central Medical Foundation. On February 19, 2013, the Plaintiff completed the instant construction works, and the Defendant occupied the completed building after undergoing a completion inspection and approval for use on February 19, 2013 and operated the hospital in the said building from March 12, 2013.
C. Defendant Central Medical Foundation paid the Plaintiff KRW 1,015,540,000 as the construction cost of the instant case.

2. Determination
A. 1) In full view of the above facts and the appraisal result of appraiser A and the purport of the entire arguments, the defendants can find that the contract price of the first construction of this case is KRW 110,484,927, the increased construction price of the construction work of this case; KRW 461,176,460; KRW 460; KRW 18,257,679; KRW 9,372,945; the decreased construction price of the construction work of this case; KRW 9,372,945; KRW 34,758; KRW 20,070,2255, and the decreased construction price of the construction work of this case due to a change in quantity is KRW 1,046,517; KRW 46,460; KRW 460; and KRW 461,460; and the changed construction price of this case due to a change in quantity is 34,758; and
