A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of imprisonment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On June 28, 2018, between 23:15 and 23:35, the Defendant: (a) at the bus stops located in Geumcheon-gu Seoul, Geumcheon-gu, Seoul, the Defendant: (b) at the bus stops located in the front of the bus stops located in Geumcheon-gu, Geumcheon-gu, Seoul; (c) at the right side of the victim D (bee, 37 years old); (d) the Defendant was seated by drinking and was seated by a bus stops; (e) the Defendant was in charge of the victim’s hand; (e) the victim’s hand by inserting the kbbbbbbbs; (e) the head was kneed by inserting the kbbs; and (e) the victim’s chest kbbbbs of the victim who is knee.

A defendant becomes subject to registration of personal information pursuant to Article 42 (1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes when his/her conviction on a crime subject to registration becomes final and conclusive, and is obligated to submit personal information to the head of a related agency pursuant to Article 43 of the same Act.
