Part concerning Defendant A and C shall be reversed.
Defendant
A and C shall be sentenced to a maximum of two years, a short of one year.
Reasons
1. The gist of the grounds for appeal is as follows: Defendant-type A and C imprisonment, two years of probation, three years of probation, probation surveillance, community service, 200 hours of imprisonment, one year and six months of probation, two years of probation, two years of probation, community service, 80 hours of probation, 40 hours of probation, one year and six months of probation, two years of probation, two years of probation, protection observation, community service, 200 hours of probation, 40 hours of probation, and 40 hours of probation, which the court below sentenced to the Defendants as follows.
2. Determination
A. Defendant A and C conspired with Defendant B to induce the victim, who is a female juvenile under 16 years of age with intellectual disability, to purchase the child sex of the victim, to be the other party to the act of purchasing the child, and arrange the victim to engage in sexual traffic over several times, and the victim committed an injury by assaulting the victim’s telegraph with Defendant B and D, and causing the victim to commit an act of self-defense to prevent the victim from reporting sexual traffic, and producing the child pornography by photographing the face of the crime. The crime and method of crime are very poor; Defendant A and C committed sexual traffic with the victim for the purpose of preparing living expenses and entertainment expenses living at the home and the mother, and used it for the victim; Defendant A and C committed each of the crimes in this case with knowledge that the victim was intellectual disability; Defendant A and C committed an offense in this case with the view to preparing the child sex trafficking; Defendant A and the victim's view that the victim had to be able to have suffered considerable mental pain and shock from each of the crimes in this case; and Defendant C appears to have suffered considerable mental pain and shock from the victim.
On the other hand, Defendant A is the case.
