A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On March 23, 2009, the Defendant made a false statement that “The Defendant would supply 150 Dus per month between the first six months after entering into a contract with the victim E E-stock farm (hereinafter “new pigs”), 1230 km, 130,000 won per unit price) to G employees who were delegated by the representative director of the victim E-stock company at the D farm located in the Dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-si, Seoul, and 2.50 Dus per month between the first six months and the last seven months.”

However, on August 29, 2005, the Defendant created a large number of collateral security rights to creditors, such as establishing a maximum amount of 133,000,000 claims against the Livestock Industry Cooperatives of Daegu, Daegu, Daegu, the Livestock Industry on the said farm site and building. On November 29, 2005, there were no special assets, such as (1,502) providing (1,500) a total amount of pigs raised around November 29, 200 as collateral for the payment of historical value obligations to the Jeju, and (2) the said farm income alone was difficult to cover operating expenses, such as interest and feed value, due to the lack of capacity to arbitrarily dispose of pigs offered as collateral for the transfer to the Jeju, and (3) a large number of 5 percent of the total amount of pigs raised at the time of the sale of the said 90 percent of the total amount was disposed of as collateral, and (4) a large number of 10 percent of the total amount was disposed of as collateral at the time of the sale of the said 10-day.

The Defendant, by deceiving F as such, received KRW 30 million from F to the Defendant’s bank account, around March 27, 2009, and received KRW 12 million around March 31, 2009 from F, and received KRW 18 million as a check at around that time, and received KRW 60 million in total as a deposit money for purchasing money.
