The defendant is a foreigner of the U.S. nationality of the Republic of Korea.

On January 14, 2017, the Defendant, without obtaining a driver’s license of a motor vehicle around 11:16, driving a BM525 vehicle in a section of about 1km from the 11st to 179 Han River-ro, Kimpo-dong Drown-si, Kimpo-si, Kimpo-si, Kimpo-si, Kimpo-si.
