A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On September 17, 2007, the Defendant was sentenced to a summary order of a fine of two million won for a violation of the Road Traffic Act at the Cheongju District Court on September 17, 2007, and on March 24, 2008, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years for a period of six months for a violation of the Road Traffic Act at the Cheongju District Court.

At around 18:00 on April 12, 2013, the Defendant operated a e-mail X-free car with a view to driving normally under the influence of 0.185% of blood alcohol level, and had the victim receive from the right side of the above e-mail bus operated by the Defendant, to take two-lanes of the three-lane road in front of the Geumho-gu E-ray Agency, Hoju-si, Sinju-si, under the influence of Cheongju-si, with a view to getting off the e-mail from the e-mail distance. The Defendant got off the two-lane road from the e-mail distance of resignation to the e-mail distance of the e-mail, and did not turn off the e-mail to the right side of the e-mail bus running by the Defendant, and caused the victim to take on the e-mail 4-day treatment of the e-day bus with a view to getting off the e-day e-day e-day treatment for the victim (E-day treatment).
